With over two decades of experience, Isaac has successfully represented multinational corporations, financial institutions, and leading local businesses in high-value disputes before the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, and regional tribunals such as the COMESA Court of Justice.
His diverse practice spans tax litigation and advisory, commercial and employment disputes, debt recovery, real estate and construction conflicts, and corporate compliance design and implementation.
Isaac’s international exposure includes secondments with leading UK law firms — Stephenson Harwood LLP (London), 3 Verulam Buildings, and Essex Court Chambers — where he gained deep insight into managing high-stakes, cross-jurisdictional commercial disputes.
Beyond practice, Isaac has contributed to the legal profession as a Senior Lecturer at the Law Development Centre, where he taught Civil Proceedings and Commercial Transactions, mentoring many of today’s legal practitioners.
He holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (Chartered Institute of Taxation, UK) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Practice (East African School of Taxation).
